Persons Service Company performs general construction services for various projects along the gulf coast in a development capacity. . PSC is licensed in both Alabama and Mississippi as a general contractor.

PSC develops and constructs small to mid sized projects covering the commercial & industrial markets. With over 40 full time employees, PSC has the ability to self perform many of the trades while managing the various subcontractors during construction. With our ability of self perform work; it keeps our prices competitive and production high. Our work consists of complete construction of commercial and industrial buildings along with selective build-out of retail stores and office space for company developed projects.

PSC's affiliate company is Persons Development Company. The direction of our development company is primarily procurement and operation of company owned projects specializing in commercial and light industrial buildings-warehouses-office construction and leasing.

Persons Development will work with a client from conception, to development through complete construction of a project - including design-build. Persons Development has the ability to walk a client through the entire process of project development making it easy to find, acquire and construct the property. Retail, commercial or industrial properties, Persons Development can handle your needs.

Persons Development owns and operates nearly 50,000 square feet of office and warehouse space.
