Paul F. Persons Sr. is the Managing Member and founder of Persons Services Company, LLC.  He has owned and operated the business since 1978.  His knowledge and experience in the construction industry is key to PSC’s success.  Mr. Persons has worked in virtually every position in the plumbing, piping and utility construction business.  He has nearly 40 years of experience in the Industry with exceptional results.  Mr. Persons has been married for over 30 years and has 3 children.  He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce.

Paul F. Persons, Jr. is Vice President of Persons Service Company, LLC and Co- Owner, and is a graduate of the Auburn University; with a degree in Building Science for the School of Architecture, Design and Construction.  Mr. Persons has worked throughout the United States and Internationally in Emergency Service, Building and Civil Construction Business.  Mr. Persons has held management positions in various Country’s such as Albania, Honduras, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Haiti and others for utility, infrastructure and emergency recovery projects.  He also managed a multi-state federal government contract for the Department of Homeland Security that covered the eastern seaboard from New York to North Carolina.  Along with his experience in the Construction Business, He has managed over $600 million in recovery contracts throughout the United States and abroad.  Mr. Persons is a management partner and an owner in Persons Service Company along with Managing Member of Persons Development which he jointly owns with Mr. Persons Sr.  He manages finances and business development for the company as well as development and construction projects.

Bryan J. Shuford is Senior Project Manager and Officer of PSC. Prior to joining PSC, Mr. Shuford was certified by the Association of Ship Brokers & Agents and held an agent position with the worlds largest shipping agency. Mr. Shuford joined Persons Service Company, LLC in 2005 and is currently the general manager of all utility and demolition projects for the company. He also assists in overall management and project development. Mr. Shuford graduated From New Mexico State University in May, 2003 receiving his B.A. in Government and Business as well as a minor in Spanish.  During his college years Mr. Shuford served as a constituent consultant for United States Senate and attended Graduate School.  He currently serves on the board of directors for YMCA of South Alabama and hold his journeyman plumbing license in the state of Alabama along with multiple construction
certifications.

Barry M. McAleer is Operations Director and Officer of Persons Service Company, LLC. Mr. McAleer has over 25 years of experience in the Construction Business specializing in Civil, utility, mechanical & industrial piping, plumbing and gas-fitting.  He presently holds a Master Plumber and Gas Fitters License with a utilities endorsement in three states:  Alabama, Florida and Mississippi.  Under McAleer’s direct supervision of commercial, industrial, municipal and civil construction, he has never sustained a loss time accident.  In addition, he holds ASTM certification as a welder.    His extensive background in plumbing, heating/cooling, and process systems as well as municipal water supply and treatment processes, allows for providing a full range of services to the marketplace.  Mr. McAleer has experience in almost every aspect of the construction industry and serves a key role in the Company, including large and specialty project estimating and senior project managment.

Justin Vance is Chief Estimator for Persons Service Company; he is responsible for all Plumbing, Piping, Utilities and Construction estimating. Before leaving the RSA Tower in downtown Mobile as a Project Engineer for Archer Western, he served a variety of roles on numerous projects for Turner Construction in Atlanta. Mr. Vance attended Auburn University and completed their Building Science program, receiving a Bachelors of Science Degree in Building Construction. After graduation, he worked for Turner Construction in Atlanta on projects such as the Bobby Dodd Football Stadium at Georgia Tech and The Lodge at Sea Island for Sea Island Company. Before he left Turner, Mr. Vance administered over 500 million dollars in construction contracts and held positions as Assistant Project Manager, Field Engineer, Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent.  He has been with PSC since 2009.

Michael McEnery is a General Superintendent and Project Manager for Industrial and utility work along the gulf coast.  Mr. McEnery is a graduate of the University of Alabama and joined Persons Service Company in 2007.  In his tenure with PSC he has work on the Construction of the Berg pipe plant and numerous other industrial piping projects here in Alabama and Mississippi. He is a licensed journeyman plumber in the State of Alabama and OSHA certified.  Michael is also the safety manager for PSC along with Mr. Greg Robinson.  Mr. McEnery is currently managing multiple utility projects along the Gulf Coast. 

Jerry Persons is Project manager and Superintendent for the Institutional and Medical Piping department of PSC.  He has been with the company for over 13 years and has served in almost every capacity in field operations for the company.  Jerry attended Southern Union College in Auburn, AL.  Jerry holds a Master Plumbing/ Gas fitting License in the State of Alabama along with a Medical Gas license for the State.  PSC installs medical and life support gases for many of the Gulf Coasts Hospitals and these services are solely managed by Mr. Persons.

Dana Spann is Accounting Manager and Office Manger for PSC.  Ms. Spann plays a key role in administration of the company.  Her dedication, honesty and integrity is evident in her 18 years of employment with the company. She is responsible for all accounting aspects of the entire operation that include job costing, administrative project management, billing and collections. Ms. Spann is a graduate of the University of South Alabama where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.

Tony Chrifone is manager of the service department for PSC.  He has been with PSC for over 7 years and is responsible for the day to day activities and performance of plumbing and piping service work in the field.  Mr. Chrifone is licensed journeyman plumber with over 30 years of experience in the plumbing and mechanical piping industry.  His experience is unsurpassed in the business.

Mike Herrin is co-manager of the service department for PSC.  He has been with Persons Services Company for over 7 years.  Mr. Herrin is responsible for the day to day operation of the plumbing repair department for PSC.  He served in the Unites States Army for over 18 years working as Technical Mechanic for the aviation division of the Army.  He retired and began working in the plumbing and piping industry in1995 and holds his journeyman plumbing and gas fitting license in the State of Alabama.
